See how these babies are blue? Good news: they started out that way. Nobody dripped anything into the recipe to make white corn suddenly look like the sky. Same with the red lentils. They showed up blushing right out of the pod because they know they have one of the highest levels of protein of any vegetable. They don't like to brag about that, but we will.
